Any Meeting is an asset to any company that incorporates any kind of meeting with their employees. Any Meeting can be beneficial for trainings or any kind or meeting. My wife is a schoolteacher and she just used any meeting as training for a math program online. Because of Any Meeting there were many teachers from all over that were able to join in on this training. All company’s have meetings but there are many times where people are not able to join the meeting because they have another place they have to be, and Any Meeting can solve this issue.

About Any Meeting There are many ways to manipulate this technology to work for you and your company. You can have webinars, video conferencing, online meetings, and phone conferences. During webinars the instructor is able to record the screen for the people that are attending the training so they are able to follow along with the instructor. The instructor is also able to switch to record their face. The group in the meeting is able to chat with each other and the instructor to ask questions and discuss important topics. The instructor is also able to incorporate polls into their meeting, to keep everyone engaged in the meeting that is being held. The polls are for the instructor to ask questions about what they are discussing, and the instructor is able to immediately see their answers. By allowing this feature, the viewers can become more engaged with what is happening.
Using Any Meeting Using Any Meeting you are able to have up to six instructors and 1,000 attendees. (This would be very difficult to do if this meeting were in person.) Any Meeting started in 2011, and when they started it was free to use their technology. The more people kept joining and wanting to use their product, they were forced to set up a monthly or yearly pay program in order for their customers to use Any Meeting. Now the company has over 750,000 users, so it is obviously a product that people need and want.
Background of Any Meeting, Why it was Started The reason why the owners started the company was for small business owners. In order to get the business of these small business owners, they had to be able to be affordable and be cost effective. The prices for webinars start at 78 dollars a month and gets as high as 298 dollars. As the price goes up, the more benefits you get, and more and more people are able to join and view the webinar that is being broadcasted. The prices for the meeting app start at 18 dollars a month and goes up to 38 dollars a month. There is one more option for the meeting selection but it is 15 dollars per seat. For all of these options you pay annually. Are there any changes they could make to make this technology better? I understand the convenience of this technology, and how easy it is to get everyone to attend your meeting no matter where you are and what you are doing. Any Meeting is phone friendly, so this means that you could be at the airport getting ready to go on a vacation and still be able to attend your scheduled meeting. Thinking about myself, I know that it is easy to get distracted when I am learning something new online. When I asked my wife what she thought she told me that at times it was difficult to keep up with the instructor and there was no way to pause or rewind when you weren't able to type your notes fast enough. When my wife and her classmates tried to use the chat, the chat didn’t work and there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. She ended up missing out on the really important information she needed to complete her notes. For this reason, Any Meeting is a perfect alternative to the "old" way of doing webinars, and so, Any Meeting was born.
Why use Any Meeting Any Meeting is great technology and there are many uses for it in any company. Any Meeting is affecting technology in our world because it requires more technology use in the business world. The company can’t expect their employees to already have the technology to meet their demands and requirements, so this means that the company has to provide a company computer, a company phone, etc. The employees also need to be trained on how to work their computer and phone to be able to use the new and required technology. When the company is trained on technology they start feeling more comfortable using technology. By doing all of this, it helps our society with it all around.
The Future of Any Meeting The future of this company is a bright one. Because of the need for the product, the company will continue to grow and rise and get bigger. A lot of businesses and potential customers will see the convenience and benefits of Any Meeting and what it has to offer. As technology becomes more of a necessity in our society, the need for this technology for large and growing businesses will increase. I believe in the future there will be more meetings held on online rather than in person. The reason for this thinking is because at the rate that our world is learning, developing and creating, everyone will be able to use these new technologies. I mean, instead of having the inconvenience of getting ready for the day, having to leave the house, to travel through traffic to work, stay there for 9 hours, then travel through traffic back home, it would be much more faster and more practical to have meetings online. Maybe these companies will start to see the need to have the same meeting multiple times because then the audience will be able to pause or rewind the meeting if needed, or for training purposes to benefit their new employees or improve old employees.
